The Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) is a comprehensive program for organizational performance development, launched by Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) in 1999 to increase the competitiveness of organizations operating in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in particular and the UAE in general through enlightened adoption of the principles and concepts of total quality and organizational excellence. The program is based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) model and it’s a business framework that helps organizations learn and apply best practices and measure corporate financial and operational performance indicators, thereby sustaining the best financial and operational results on the ground.
