Abu Dhabi Youth Business Council of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a business incubator to support young people in the private sector who seek growth and development in the business community locally and globally. It offers them a platform for their ideas and innovations, transfer their voices and aspirations, and achieve their business prosperity which would serve the UAE economic landscape.

Founded in 2024, the Council is a supporter of ambitious young entrepreneurs. It will enable them to start their business, profile a promising economic future in the private sector, provide them with services and initiatives, and create opportunities for entrepreneurship and partnerships, which would contribute to their achievement and provide them with broad prospects in various investment activities and business sectors.

The Council is dedicated to facilitating discussions on the aspirations of young entrepreneurs, finding solutions to the challenges and difficulties they may face, launching programmes and courses and spreading the culture of entrepreneurship, thereby contributing to the growth and prosperity of young people's enterprises and businesses.

The Council seeks to familiarise young people with local and global business climate and opportunities to enhance their vision, ambitions and future plans for expansion and spread, within the national directions to enable the young to lead the private sector, in line with the goals of the "UAE Centennial".
