The Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a virtual training course, titled "Generating Ideas" in collaboration with the Strategic Partner, Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development, presented by Mr. Mohammed Omar Al Jaaidi - Certified Trainer and member of the Emirates Association for Management, Consultants and Trainers, in which many women, entrepreneurs and innovators from different project and various business activity owners participated, with (83) businesswomen, entrepreneurs and “Mubdi’a” license owners.
The course is part of a series of developmental programs and initiatives, which are implemented permanently by the Council as part of the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council 2020-2024, and to increase the awareness of businesswomen of all important topics needed to improve their performance and develop their business.
The course dealt with many topics, including conveying the general meaning behind the thinking mechanism, defining creativity, and why do we need it? And what do we need to become innovators? The course also introduced many different learning tools in the field of generating creative and distinctive ideas.
This course aims at providing some basics that allow female entrepreneurs and innovators to change the pattern of thinking and consider creativity in establishing or expanding the business, by discussing a range of helpful utilities.
The implementation of the training program was in the form of a workshop that includes practical applications, presentation of some models and discussion of some cases in order to hone the skills of participants, who have shown responsiveness and interaction with the practical session, and expressed the extent to which they benefited and gained the knowledge and skills required in the field of creativity, innovation and generation of outstanding ideas in projects, praising the leading role of the Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council, and its outstanding efforts in harnessing all enabler in order to support them and develop their business.
