The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has received a Chinese delegation from China Pingmei Shenma Group, a specialized group in energy and industry, at the Chamber’s tower in Abu Dhabi.The group, which is one of the most promising and vital groups in China, is keen to learn about the services of the Chamber and how to enter the business market in Abu Dhabi. His Excellency Mohamed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, welcomed the visiting delegation, accompanied by Mr. Abdullah Ghurair Al Qubaisi, Deputy Director General of the Chamber, and representatives from Abu Dhabi Investment Office and Abu Dhabi Ports.
H.E. Al Mheiri emphasized on the strong economic relations between businesses in the UAE and China, pointing to the solid investment and trade relations between both sides and their huge potentials. “We are aware of the rapid development of the Chinese economy and the role China play in the world economy. The UAE economy is also growing rapidly, especially in Abu Dhabi, which has become one of the most attractive environments for businesses in the region and the world,” H.E. Al Mheiri said.
The Director General called on Chinese businesses to seize the opportunity and take advantage of the huge facilities offered in Abu Dhabi and to hold industrial projects with businesses and investors operating in the emirate.
During the meeting, both the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and Abu Dhabi Ports delivered presentations on the available and promising business opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
The Chinese delegation praised the huge volume of business opportunities and their potential of attracting foreign businesses to the UAE capital Abu Dhabi.
