Our Strategy
The Chamber’s three-year strategy for 2023-2025 is centred on adopting a forward-looking approach of taking the Chamber’s performance to the next level. The Chamber will keep on supporting the business community play its role in the sustainable economic development, drive the growth of the private sector, and enhance competitiveness.
The Chamber will be serving as the backbone of the private sector, helping it adopt to global economic changes by facilitating trade exchange, influencing policies, and driving digital transformation.
Per our strategy, the Chamber plays six key roles:
Being a Policy Advocator, Networker, Service Provider, Educator & Trainer, Investment Catalyst and Incubator.
Policy Advocator
Establishing and managing sectorial working groups to support the business community, conducting legislative awareness campaigns, and offering consultations and economic foresights.
Service Provider
Providing an integrated digital platform to facilitate business management, top-in-class specialized consultations, and attestation and authentication services.
Networker
Organizing B2B matchmaking events to foster business relations and discuss ad hoc economic topics as well as receiving official delegations.
Educator & Trainer
Providing private sector insights and supporting businesses to understand and comply with complex regulations.
Investment Catalyst
Fostering an advanced, competitive and attractive environment for investments in Abu Dhabi, while helping local businesses expand into international markets.
Incubator
Connecting businesses to incubators, providing mentorship programmes and workshops, and promoting members’ services.
