Through this service, you can apply for attestation of documents and certificates issued by the establishment in Abu Dhabi Chamber under terms and conditions.

Steps

    TERMS

    • The facility issuing the document must be a member of Abu Dhabi Chamber, with a valid membership.

    • The signatory of the document must be previously authorized in the Chamber’s systems, in case a new authorized person needed to be added, use the service “Request to Link ADCCI membership to TAMM account.

    • The document must be stamped and signed by the person authorized by an official authorization from the notary public in the UAE, or one of the authorized partners in the Memorandum of Association or the owner of the facility.

    • Abu Dhabi Chamber does not attest documents issued by government agencies in the country.

    • Salary/experience letters are certified after providing a statement from the Ministry of Labor.

    • Authorizations, agencies, and contracts concluded between local companies are accepted for attestation after the attestation of one of the notaries in the UAE.

    • Documents issued in both Arabic and English are eligible to apply, in case the document is in another language, it must be translated through the legal translator.

    • The certification is issued electronically and considered an officially approved document that includes a code to verify the validity of the issuance.
