Organizing the event coms within the efforts of SKEA Office to increase the competitiveness of businesses and to state the agile manifesto and agile project management since business agility is one of the most important measurements of business performance, especially during the fast-paced changes in the business environment across the globe.
Many companies show great interest in business agility and now, more than ever, businesses need to acquire higher levels of agility in order to keep on growing, enhance their competitiveness and realize sustainability.
The webinar tackled a number of topics including the types of business agility, the conflicting definitions for business agility, how business agility is an essential part of organizational excellence today, and business agility in the new normal.
Dr. Paul Alter, Expert in Business Development and Leadership and Digital strategies, presented the webinar alongside each of Prof. Anthony Bendell, Expert in Excellence, Innovation, Agility and Antifragility, and Prof. Hadi Eltigani, Coordinator General of SKEA.
