UAE Academy has Accepted in Diploma Program 3 Students of High Determination from Zayed Higher Organization

This announcement is an extension to the previous collaboration between the Academy and Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, which aims to admit 24 Emirati trainees in the field of professional qualification who will be conferred certified certificates from the National Qualification Authority. 

UAE Academy offers a training program for 1350 specialized training hours of qualification for providing trainees of determination with the necessary knowledge, skills and efficiencies to identify, plan and present professional skills and to train other people of determination. 

The program is divided into three main themes: First, for English proficiency for honing writing skills and qualifying trainees to get 5.5 band score in IELTS. Second, for IT skills and Microsoft Office Mid-Level Applications in addition to computer basics and ICDL as well as improving writing skills in Arabic and English. Third, for Professional Diploma in Occupational Education. This includes the basic unit standards, streaming unit and optional unit.

HE Mohammed Helal Al Mheiri, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry said, “We are delighted to continue this fruitful collaboration with the UAE Academy and Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination in order to facilitate for them obtaining the proper professional qualification and training. This will definitely ensure their professional development and gaining skills and knowledge that enable them to compete in the market in a way that contributes to the foundation for a friendly and integrating business system on the one hand, and to guarantee for them equal opportunities when involved at work on the other. 
He added that this announcement embodies the Chamber’s keenness represented by the UAE Academy to contribute to realise the national policy for people of determination empowerment, particularly in professional training and qualification. This is part of its national and social liabilities to enable them to get partnered and integrated in economic areas and to look at them as effective people in their societies and key contributors in the UAE overall journey of development. 

For his part, HE Abdulla Al Humaidan, General Secretary of Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination said, “This program a greatly important for enhancing collaboration between Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination and UAE Academy in the field of training and qualifying national cadres in specialized areas in the Academy. It is also an endeavor to realise noble objectives related to building man, human development and designing specialized programs to develop every trainee. 

He added that training programs play a strategic role in backing overall Abu Dhabi Strategy for people of determination 2020-2024 launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed AL Nahyan. It aims at serving our sons and daughters of determination and enabling this dear class to our hearts to play their roles in serving and developing their country.

It is worth mentioning that the UAE Academy plays a pivotal role in supporting UAE business community by providing a number of training and qualifying programs like 4th Level Certificate in Business Administration through which one can obtain a wide range of knowledge and practical skills to participate effectively in supporting business administration in various organizations.
