Both sides discussed boosting economic and trade cooperation and the efforts of developing trade exchange and communication between businesses in Abu Dhabi and Afghanistan.
Abu Dhabi Chamber Deputy Directors General Mr. Abdullah Ghurair Al Qubaisi and Helal Mohamed Al Hameli attended the meeting.
During the meeting, Al Muhairi praised the strong relations between the UAE and Afghanistan, expressing his pleasure for the visit and the huge role Afghanistan play in improving bilateral relations between the UAE and Afghanistan.
He added that the Abu Dhabi Chamber is completely ready to provide all the necessary support to push the wheel of economic cooperation with Afghanistan forward.
For his part, Sayer Daudzai, Charge d’affaires at Embassy of Afghanistan in UAE, expressed his pleasure for welcoming him at the Chamber, emphasizing on the awareness of the business community in his country to boost trade relations, open new channels and exchanging visits. He also expressed the desire of his country to strengthen trade and economic relations as well as forming an Emirati-afghan business council.
