SKEA organizes online seminar on Dealing with the Present and Shaping the Future

The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has organized an online orientation seminar on the activities ad programs of the 19^th edition of Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award titled SKEA – Dealing with the Present and Shaping the Future.

The online seminar comes to fully explain the nature of SKEA program and its role in enhancing the competitiveness of all private sector organizations operating the UAE. The seminar also highlighted the services provided by SKEA Office, especially in cushioning the impact of Covid-19 on businesses as well as leading locally, regionally and globally in crises management.

The seminar also presented a detailed explanation to the SKEA’s excellence model and defined excellence from the point of view of all stakeholders. It also defined SKEA’s Criteria and Assessment Process (RADAR) and using it as a roadmap towards continuous improvement; shed light on the sectors pertaining to SKEA; introduced the concept of excellence in crisis management; explained how Risk Management contribute to Excellence; and formed a new mindset towards Agility and Anti-fragility.
